and accepted our standard trading terms when you submit an

Dispatch
Delivery is UK only, unless we have specifically quoted for
overseas delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 24
hours. However, allow up to 28 days for some items (we’ll
contact you if this applies). All orders are shipped first
class by Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
Orders are carefully packed to ensure they do not get damaged
in transit. In the unlikely event that you should receive
damaged or faulty goods, contact us for FREEPOST details and
return the securely packaged item, along with a copy of the
relevant paperwork, for a replacement. Please ensure that
you contact us regarding returns within seven days of receiving
the order.
Payment
Site payment is by means of the PayPal secure payment system.
See www.paypal.co.uk for further details. We accept cheques
and will also dispatch goods on the basis of receiving official
order forms from schools, colleges and universities (UK only,
payment must be made within 30 days).
Privacy
Other than for the purpose of delivery, Psychology Stuff Limited
will not disclose customers’ information to third parties.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only
use the information that we collect in accordance with the
Data Protection Act (1998).
DVDs
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are confirming
that you are legally old enough to buy DVDs in respect of
their age restrictions.
